During the massage, the therapist will apply the oils to the client’s skin or use a diffuser to release the scent into the air. The massage itself may involve gentle or firm pressure and may include techniques such as Swedish massage or deep tissue massage. Frequently Asked Questions

At Sen-Seis, we pride ourselves on being open and transparent with our customers. We want to ensure that you are receiving the most appropriate treatment and are happy to answer any questions you may have.

To enhance your massage therapy experience, we recommend arriving a few minutes early to complete a Massage Consultation Form. Don’t worry this is a simple questionnaire, where we ask your medical history, pain areas, injuries and any other physical conditions your therapist should be aware of prior to the session.

It’s also advisable to avoid heavy meals and alcohol consumption prior to your appointment to fully benefit from the treatment.

Yes, our professional therapist is fully qualified, certified, and experienced in the field of massage therapy. We also undergo continuous training to stay updated with the latest techniques and ensure the highest level of service for our clients.

In order to gain the optimal benefits from your session, we recommend talking with your massage therapist about what you like or don’t like. Particularly if you have aches or pains in any area and we can give this specific attention.

If there is anything that does not feel comfortable or right or you do not like, you have the right to inform the massage therapist. To mitigate this, throughout the session, you will be asked if the level of pressure is ok, and you should take this opportunity to communicate the level in which you feel comfortable, asking for more or less.

Before starting the session, the therapist will ask you to let them know if you are feeling uncomfortable at any time during the session.

At Sen-Seis, we only use high quality hypoallergenic massage oils and lotions.

However, if you would prefer we did not use the oils or lotions during your treatment, please inform the therapist prior to the session.

Feel free to contact us via the link below if you have any specific questions.
